앱의 설정 → 계정 연결 → 계정 삭제를 열고 Google 계정으로 다시 인증하거나 이메일 계정의 비밀번호를 입력한 뒤 삭제를 확인하세요.
앱을 이용할 수 없다면 가입한 이메일에서 usagi.annex@gmail.com으로 삭제 요청을 보내 주세요. 제목은 ‘Moruvi 계정 삭제’, 내용에는 모루비 계정과 클라우드 저장 삭제를 요청한다고 적어 주세요. 비밀번호나 카드 번호를 보내지 마세요. 본인 확인 후 처리합니다.
Firebase 로그인 계정과 해당 계정의 가문, 젬, 혜택, 최신·직전 클라우드 저장을 삭제합니다. 이전 Firestore 사본도 삭제 처리합니다. 장애 복구용 순환 백업은 최대 14일 후 만료되며 서비스에 다시 사용하지 않습니다. 삭제는 되돌릴 수 없고 자동 환불을 뜻하지 않습니다. 다른 기기의 로컬 사본은 직접 삭제해야 합니다.
삭제 데이터의 재생성을 막기 위한 UID·삭제 시각 표시와 구매 복원·중복 지급 방지·법적 의무·미해결 거래 및 분쟁에 필요한 구매 기록은 필요한 동안 별도로 보관합니다. 불필요한 기록은 삭제합니다. 자세한 기준은 개인정보처리방침에서 확인하세요.
In Moruvi, open Account → Delete account from Settings on the first screen or during play. Confirm your password, or verify your Google account if you use Google sign-in, then confirm deletion.
If you cannot use the app, email usagi.annex@gmail.com from your registered address. Use the subject “Moruvi account deletion” and request deletion of your account and cloud saves. Never send passwords or card numbers. We process the request after verifying ownership.
Deletion removes your Firebase login account, family, gems, benefits and both current and previous cloud saves. Legacy Firestore copies are also scheduled for deletion. Rotating recovery backups expire within 14 days and deleted data is not returned to service. Deletion is irreversible and does not automatically refund purchases. Clear local copies on other devices separately.
We retain the UID/deletion timestamp to prevent stale requests recreating data, and purchase records while needed for restoration, duplicate-reward prevention, legal obligations or unresolved transactions/disputes. Unneeded records are deleted. See our Privacy Policy.
