모루비 개인정보처리방침

TOKIDAN은 모루비 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 게임 진행 정보는 기본적으로 이용자의 기기에 저장합니다. 다만 Android 앱에 포함된 Google AdMob 광고 SDK와 이용자가 직접 보내는 문의는 아래와 같이 별도의 데이터 처리가 발생할 수 있습니다.

이 방침은 모루비 앱과 이 앱의 소개·개인정보 안내 페이지에 적용합니다. 다른 TOKIDAN 서비스에는 해당 서비스의 방침이 적용될 수 있습니다.

2. 처리하는 정보와 목적

계정 연결은 선택 사항이며 Google 로그인 또는 기존 이메일/비밀번호 계정 로그인과 Firebase Authentication을 사용합니다. 비밀번호 인증은 Firebase가 처리하며 TOKIDAN 게임 서버는 비밀번호를 보관하지 않습니다. 이메일 주소, 표시 이름, 제공된 프로필 사진, Firebase UID, 이메일 인증 상태와 인증에 필요한 정보는 Google Firebase가 처리하며, 인증 세션은 기기에 저장됩니다. TOKIDAN은 Google 계정 비밀번호를 받거나 보관하지 않습니다. 인증된 계정으로 로그인하면 계정별 클라우드 저장과 복원을 사용합니다. 연결 중 주기적으로 저장하며 계정 메뉴의 ‘지금 저장’으로 저장할 수도 있습니다. 다른 기기에서 같은 계정으로 로그인하면 저장된 진행을 불러옵니다. 네트워크 장애 등으로 아직 동기화되지 않은 진행은 재설치 후 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다. 서버 리더보드 및 Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics는 사용하지 않습니다. Google Play 결제 상품과 구매 결과는 Google Play 결제 SDK로 처리합니다. TOKIDAN은 카드 번호를 받지 않습니다.

구매 검증과 복원: 상품 ID, 구매 토큰, 무작위 앱 설치 식별자, Firebase UID 및 본인 인증용 ID 토큰을 국내 TOKIDAN 구매 검증 서버로 전송합니다. 구매 토큰과 상품 ID는 Google Play Developer API로 전송해 구매 상태를 확인합니다. 서버는 중복 지급 방지와 영구 상품 복원을 위해 토큰의 해시값, 상품 ID, 지급 계정 UID 또는 기존 설치 식별자와 기록 시각을 저장합니다. 원본 구매 토큰은 이 데이터베이스에 저장하지 않으며, 검증 API의 접속 로그는 남기지 않도록 설정합니다. 구매 상태·지급 영수증 해시와 유료 혜택은 기기에도 저장됩니다. 결제 및 복원을 사용하지 않아도 기본 게임을 이용할 수 있습니다.

앱은 연락처·사진·마이크·정밀 GPS 위치를 직접 요청하지 않습니다. 캐릭터의 건강·유전 특성은 가상의 게임 정보이며 이용자의 실제 건강·유전 정보를 의미하지 않습니다. 운영자는 저장 복원과 고객 지원에 필요한 범위에서 권한을 제한하여 클라우드 저장을 처리합니다.

Firebase Authentication은 인증 보안을 위해 IP 주소와 사용자 에이전트를 처리할 수 있습니다. Google 안내에 따르면 IP 로그는 몇 주 동안, 그 외 인증 정보는 계정 삭제 요청 후 운영·백업 시스템에서 제거될 때까지 최대 180일 동안 남을 수 있습니다. 인증 서비스의 처리에 대해서는 Firebase 개인정보 및 보안 안내를 확인할 수 있습니다.

3. 광고와 이용자의 선택

보상형 광고는 이용자가 선택하여 요청하는 방식입니다. 광고를 선택하지 않아도 기본 게임을 이용할 수 있으며, 해당 광고 보상은 지급되지 않습니다. 개발·테스트 버전의 테스트 광고도 SDK 통신을 수반할 수 있습니다.

관련 지역에서는 Google UMP가 광고 요청 가능 여부를 확인하고 필요한 동의 양식을 제공합니다. 개인정보 선택 변경이 필요한 경우 앱 상단의 방패 모양 광고 개인정보 설정 버튼 또는 상점의 광고 개인정보 설정에서 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. Android 설정에서도 광고 ID 삭제·재설정 등 제공되는 제어 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 메뉴 이름은 기기에 따라 다릅니다.

4. 외부 서비스와 국외 처리

인증 및 광고·동의 기능은 Google LLC 및 해당 지역의 Google 서비스 제공 법인이 처리합니다. 게임 저장 데이터는 TOKIDAN의 대한민국 서버에서 처리합니다. 문의 이메일은 Gmail을 통해 처리합니다. 이 과정에서 해당 정보는 미국 등 Google이 운영하는 서버가 있는 국가에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 전송은 Google 로그인·인증, 광고·동의 기능 이용 또는 문의 발송 시 네트워크를 통해 이루어집니다. Google의 처리 목적·보관 기준·국제 이전 보호조치는 위 Google 방침에 설명되어 있습니다.

운영자는 기기의 게임 저장 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다. 외부 광고 SDK의 데이터 처리는 위 설명과 같이 별도로 발생합니다. 법령상 요구되는 경우 또는 이용자가 요청한 문의 처리에 필요한 경우에는 필요한 범위에서만 정보를 처리하며, 별도 동의가 필요한 처리에는 해당 절차를 적용합니다.

5. 보관 기간과 삭제

장애 복구를 위해 서버 데이터베이스를 매시간 백업하며 순환 백업은 최대 14일 동안 보관합니다. 삭제된 계정의 데이터가 백업에 남아 있는 동안에는 일반 서비스에 사용하지 않으며, 복원 시 삭제 기록을 적용합니다. 이전 Firestore 사본은 전환 확인을 위해 별도로 보관하며 계정 삭제 요청 시 함께 삭제 처리합니다.

• 구매 검증 기록: 구매 혜택 복원과 중복 지급 방지에 필요한 동안 보관합니다. 삭제를 요청하면 법령상 보관 의무와 미해결 거래·분쟁 여부를 확인해 불필요한 기록을 삭제합니다. 삭제로 인해 구매 복원이나 지급 내역 확인이 제한될 수 있습니다. 새 가문을 시작해도 기기의 지급 영수증 해시는 중복 지급 방지를 위해 남으며, 앱 저장공간의 데이터 삭제로 제거할 수 있습니다. 서버 기록은 앱 초기화로 삭제되지 않으므로 위 문의 이메일로 요청해 주세요. Google이 보유한 결제 기록에는 Google의 보관 기준이 적용됩니다.
• 게임 저장 정보: 이용자가 삭제할 때까지 기기에 저장되며, 인증된 계정은 최신 클라우드 저장과 직전 복구 사본도 보관합니다. 앱 삭제만으로 클라우드 데이터는 삭제되지 않습니다. 게임의 새 가문 시작은 현재 가문을 새로 시작하며, 젬·구매 혜택·영구 수집 기록은 보존합니다. 언어·테마 등 기기 설정까지 모두 지우려면 Android의 앱 저장공간에서 데이터 삭제를 하거나, 웹 버전에서는 해당 사이트의 저장 데이터를 삭제하세요. 초기화된 게임 데이터는 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다.
• 기기 백업: 운영체제의 백업·복원 설정에 따라 앱 데이터가 별도로 백업되거나 복원될 수 있습니다. 해당 사본은 기기·Google 계정의 백업 관리 기능에서 관리합니다.
• 문의 기록: 처리가 끝난 뒤 90일 이내 삭제합니다. 분쟁 대응 또는 법령에 따른 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 사유와 필요한 기간에 한해 분리 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.
• 웹서버 로그: 일별 순환 설정으로 현재 기록 파일과 최근 14개의 보관 파일을 유지합니다. 접속이 없는 날에는 순환이 생략될 수 있습니다. 보안 사고 대응에 필요한 일부 기록은 목적이 끝날 때까지 별도 보관할 수 있습니다.
• Google이 처리하는 광고·동의 정보: Google의 보관 기준과 이용자 설정에 따라 관리됩니다. 앱의 전체 초기화만으로 Google이 이미 처리한 정보까지 삭제되지는 않습니다. Google 방침의 개인정보 제어·삭제 절차를 이용할 수 있습니다.

불필요해진 전자 기록은 삭제하고 출력물이 있다면 복구하기 어렵게 파기합니다. 앱의 설정 → 계정 연결 → 계정 삭제에서 Google 본인 확인 후 Firebase 계정과 해당 계정의 클라우드 저장·직전 사본·젬·혜택을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제 도중 연결이 끊기면 다시 시도해 주세요. 웹 계정 삭제 안내를 통해서도 요청할 수 있습니다. 오래된 인증 요청으로 삭제 데이터가 다시 생성되지 않도록 UID와 삭제 시각 표시는 보관합니다. 다른 기기의 로컬 사본은 해당 기기에서 삭제해야 합니다. 별도 환불은 Google Play 절차를 따릅니다. 별도 보관 의무가 있는 결제·분쟁 기록은 해당 기준을 따릅니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

관련 법령에 따라 본인의 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의 철회 등을 요청할 수 있습니다. 적용되는 지역에서는 처리에 대한 이의 제기와 데이터 이동 등 추가 권리가 있을 수 있습니다. 위 이메일로 요청하면 본인 확인에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 확인하여 법령이 정한 기간 안에 답변합니다. TOKIDAN이 보유하지 않는 기기 저장 정보나 Google의 정보는 직접 관리하는 방법을 안내합니다. 권리 침해가 우려되면 거주 지역의 개인정보 감독기관에 문의할 수 있습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 회원가입을 위해 생년월일이나 실제 이름을 요구하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 이용자의 개인정보가 포함되는 문의는 보호자를 통해 보내 주세요. 보호자는 아동의 정보 처리에 관한 확인·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 법정대리인 동의가 필요한 개인정보를 적법한 절차 없이 수집한 사실을 알게 되면 필요한 조치를 취합니다.

8. 보호 조치와 방침 변경

운영자는 담당자의 접근을 제한하고, 공개 웹페이지에 HTTPS를 사용합니다. Google은 광고 SDK 데이터 전송에 TLS를 사용한다고 안내하고 있습니다. 이용자도 기기 잠금과 백업 설정을 관리해 주세요.

처리 목적·항목·외부 서비스 등이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 변경일과 내용을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 웹사이트에서 안내하고, 법령상 필요한 경우 별도 동의를 받습니다.

Moruvi Privacy Policy

TOKIDAN, a sole proprietor based in South Korea, operates Moruvi (모루비). Game progress is primarily stored on your device. Advertising services and support correspondence involve separate data processing described below.

1. Contact and scope

Operator: TOKIDAN · Developer: TOKIDAN · Privacy contact: the TOKIDAN operator at usagi.annex@gmail.com. This policy covers Moruvi and its introduction and privacy pages. Other TOKIDAN services may have separate policies.

2. Information and purposes

• Local game data: family and character names you enter, progress, collection records, virtual currency, reward limits and settings support gameplay and saving. They are stored locally. After verified Google sign-in, game saves, gems, entitlements and receipt hashes are backed up to a database on TOKIDAN’s server in South Korea.
• Advertising: Google AdMob may process IP-derived approximate location, app/ad interactions, diagnostics and device/account-related identifiers, including advertising and app set IDs. This supports ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Collection varies with consent, device and SDK settings.
• Consent: Google UMP processes advertising consent choices and related settings.
• Support: we process your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send to answer inquiries and handle privacy requests.
• Website: server access/error logs may contain IP addresses, request times, URLs and browser information for page delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Account connection is optional and uses Google sign-in or existing email/password accounts through Firebase Authentication. Google Firebase processes the email address, display name, provided profile picture, Firebase UID, verification status and authentication information; the authentication session is stored on the device. TOKIDAN does not receive or store Google account passwords. Email/password authentication is processed by Firebase; the TOKIDAN game server does not store passwords. Firebase may also process IP addresses and user-agent strings for authentication security. Google describes IP-log retention as a few weeks and removal of other authentication data from live and backup systems within 180 days after account deletion is initiated. Account information is processed while needed for the account and authentication; deletion requests are handled after identity verification. Verified accounts use periodic cloud saving and the Account menu’s Save now action. Signing into the same account on another device restores its saved progress. Unsynced offline progress may be lost after reinstallation. Server leaderboards and Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics are not used. Versions supporting Google Play purchases process the selected product and purchase result through the Google Play billing SDK. TOKIDAN does not receive card numbers or Google account passwords. The app does not directly request contacts, photos, microphone access or precise GPS location. Character health and genetic traits are fictional, not your real health or genetic data.

Purchase verification and restoration: product IDs, purchase tokens, a random installation identifier, Firebase UID and an authentication ID token are sent to TOKIDAN's verification server in South Korea. Tokens and product IDs are sent to the Google Play Developer API to check purchase status. To prevent duplicate rewards and restore permanent purchases, our server stores a token hash, product ID, receiving account UID or legacy installation identifier and record time. The original token is not stored in that database; verification API access logging is disabled. Purchase status, receipt hashes and entitlements are also stored on your device. Basic gameplay remains available without purchases or restoration.

3. Advertising choices

Rewarded ads are optional. You can play the basic game without requesting one, but will not receive its reward. Test ads may still communicate with Google. UMP checks whether ads can be requested and presents consent forms where required. Where a privacy-options entry is required, use the shield-shaped ad privacy button in the app header or Ad privacy options in the shop. Android settings also provide advertising ID controls.

4. External services and international processing

Google LLC and the applicable regional Google service entities provide authentication, advertising and consent services. Current game saves are stored on TOKIDAN's server in South Korea; legacy Firestore copies remain only during migration verification and are included in deletion requests. Support email is handled through Gmail. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Google operates servers when you use Google's features or send an inquiry. Google explains its retention practices and international transfer safeguards in its policies. We do not sell your game save. Advertising SDK processing is separate. We limit other processing to what is needed for your request or required by law, obtaining separate consent where required.

5. Retention and deletion

• Purchase verification: records remain while needed to restore purchase benefits and prevent duplicate rewards. On a deletion request, we check legal retention duties and unresolved transactions/disputes and delete unneeded records. Deletion may limit restoration or transaction-history checks. Starting a new family retains gems, purchases, permanent collection data and local receipt hashes; clearing app storage removes them. App reset does not erase server records: contact our support email to request deletion. Google's retention rules apply to its payment records.
• Recovery backups: we create hourly database backups and retain rotating backups for up to 14 days. Deleted data in backups is not used for normal service; deletion records must be reapplied during recovery. Legacy Firestore copies are retained separately during migration verification and are included in account deletion requests.
• Game saves: remain until deleted. Verified accounts retain the latest cloud save and its previous recovery copy. Uninstalling alone does not delete cloud data. Starting a new family replaces the current family and keeps gems, purchases and permanent collection data. Clear Android app storage or browser site data to also remove preferences such as language/theme. Deleted progress may not be recoverable. OS backup/restore settings may keep separate copies; manage those through your device/account backup controls.
• Support: we delete correspondence within 90 days after resolution, except records needed for a dispute or legal obligation, retained separately for the necessary period.
• Website logs: daily rotation retains the current log and 14 archived files. Empty days may skip rotation. Incident-related records may be retained separately until the security purpose ends.
• Google data: Google’s retention policies and your settings apply. Resetting Moruvi does not delete data already processed by Google; use Google’s privacy and deletion controls.

Unneeded electronic records are deleted; any paper records are securely destroyed. Use Account → Delete account in the app and confirm your password to delete your Firebase account, cloud saves including the previous copy, gems and entitlements. Retry if interrupted. You may also use our web deletion instructions. We retain the UID and deletion timestamp to prevent stale requests recreating deleted data. Clear local copies on other devices separately. Deletion does not automatically refund purchases. Payment or dispute records subject to separate retention duties follow those requirements.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, consent withdrawal, objection or portability. Contact the email above. We seek only the minimum verification needed and respond within applicable legal deadlines. For data held only on your device or by Google, we explain the relevant controls. You may contact your local data protection authority.

7. Children

There is no registration requiring birth dates or real names. For children under 14, please send inquiries containing personal data through a parent or guardian. Guardians may request information or deletion. If we learn that data requiring parental authorization was collected without the required process, we will take appropriate action.

8. Security and changes

We restrict operator access and use HTTPS for public pages. Google states that its ad SDK uses TLS in transit. Please manage device locks and backups. We will update the date and content of this page when practices change, notify users of material changes through the app/site, and obtain consent where legally required.
